As a coach, facilitator and HR professional, I work with leaders and their teams to clarify vision and goals, align strengths and values, and grow/refine leadership skills to support inspired action. My services include:

I am passionate about engaging and inspiring individuals and teams to maximize their potential; then integrating this knowledge into actions that increase effectiveness and fulfillment for both the leader, team and organization.
